Effective Date: January 1, 2004

Returns: Merchandise will not be accepted for return unless specifically authorized by Blickman, Inc. Products accepted for credit will be subject to a 35% restocking charge plus freight and any material or labor necessary to restore products to saleable condition. This charge will be reduced to 15% with reorder. Items of special design, accessories or parts are not returnable. All goods returned damaged are subject to the repair charges being deducted from credit. The original purchaser must provide the following information:

1. Reason for return.
2. Original purchase order and invoice from Blickman, Inc.
3. Model number and quantity to be returned.

Restocking charges are as follows:

1. Error in processing by Blickman, Inc.: no charge.
2. Defective merchandise*: no charge.
3. Return with reorder: 15%.
4. Goods less than six months old: 35%.
5. Goods greater than six months old, but less than one year: 50%.
6. Goods greater than one year old or those returned
unsuitable for resale (e.g., soiled, damaged or discontinued): no credit allowed.

* Warranty provisions apply.

Terms: Net 30 days, subject to approval of Blickman, Inc. credit department. A 1% monthly (12% annual) interest charge will be made on all accounts past due.
