Loss
or Damage: If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, the
purchaser should make his claim directly upon the carrier. Careful
inspection should be made of the shipment as soon as it arrives and
visible damage should be noted upon the carrier’s receipt. All
merchandise must be unpacked and inspected within seven days after
receipt. Damage should be reported to the carrier within that period.
Design
Changes: Blickman, Inc. has reserved the right to make changes in
design or product improvements. The right is also reserved to modify
its equipment because of factors beyond its control and government
regulations.
Minimum
Order: $50.00 U.S.D.
